This section summarizes a lot of my character and environment designs
and Concept Art.
I manage with various styles such as cartoon, photobasing, sketches...
Some of the drawings are not related to specific projects and are just random ideas.
This was my first photobasing. It was made some years ago but I still remember it fondly.
This place represents an old Japanese Temple in the middle of the green mountains of
Utshukushi, a peaceful and balanced region surrounded by waters.
This abandoned shrine is the beacon of the souls that sail down the Everlasting River towards the White Sea.
This ruined sanctuary embraced by the waters is peaceful and feels like a haven of rest,
although it has forgotten the people that once called it home.
Inspired by Howard Phillips Lovecraft's Polaris, this artwork came suddenly to my mind.
In this short tale, the protagonist is transported to a dream under the disturbing gaze
of the Pole Star. Eventually, the protagonist will be fooled by the star to think that the
dream is the real world, and the real world just a dream.
A hand-made piece with mainly oil brushes. This piece represent a mysterious kingdom,
once glorious and prosperous, now turned into a decrepit land of death and poison.
An Splashart made for The Last Philosopher, showing the Mount of Philosophy, the place where
all the game takes place, under the beautiful light of dusk.
In this game, the main character dives into the inner caves and sanctuaries that now hide
the most mysterious secrets.
The Splashart for the box of the game, showcasing the Philosopher going into the mountain,
and the game logo, which represents and eye (a very important symbol for the story).
This image shows the design of the protagonist of the game (the one in purple and yellow).
The other color palettes are just different approaches to the design, which ended being
skins that the player could find and equip in the game.
Some designs for enemies in The Last Philosopher. There are two variations of color for the
Clay Peasant and just one for the Vase Knight. These enemies patrols one of the first areas of
the game.
The Lords of the Council are one of the most important characters in the game, and represent
a bossfight that the player will encounter through his/her adventure. They led the researchs
of Tales once he disappeared, and are based on the famous Greek philosophers Aristotle and Plato.
Inspired by the father of philosophy, Thales of Mileto, this character is the main figure in the
plot of the game.
Threatened by the augur of the end of humanity, Tales travels to the Mount of Philosophy in
search of the Last Truth. Nevertheless, one day, he disapeared leaving no trace.

This is the first Splashart for The Friend We Have. This image captures the essence, ambience
and aesthetic of the game, in which the main character (the dog), will go in a journey to
find his friend, who saddly was called by the army to fight in war.
Hau's art is extremadely based on silhouettes and monochromatic color palettes. This scene shows
the main character, Hau, with his cart, collecting some fruits from the tree.
In the background, we can see the Mother, a giant tree, source of life in these lands.
This picture of Hau presents a different area, which is a desert full of ancient ruins. There,
Hau will have to collect fruits from the cacti.
